OTS & EPC Review: Irbid BESS
The Irbid Energy Storage Facility is a 30MW 60MWh energy storage system with solar PV in development for owners of Acwa Power.
In December 2018, Phoventus provided Owner’s Engineering services. It reviewed the Owner’s Technical Specification documents and appendices. It also provided feedback and solutions pertaining to the battery energy storage system.
In addition, Phoventus reviewed several technical proposals from EPC bidders, providing feedback on the quality and completeness of each bid from design and engineering standpoints.
