What We are Looking For

Our firm is a growing independent, engineering, and advisory firm operating in the renewable power and energy storage space. Our primary skill sets are related to electrical engineering and Power system advisory. We have enjoyed unprecedented growth in our reputation for excellence in consulting and Engineering but there remain challenges for us to reach the next level. You are in an area of the United States where high growth rates of renewable power occur. You have experience in or interest in; Electrical Engineering, Corporate development of Renewable power, Solar Power, or Energy Storage industry, and / or you have worked in the utility space.

This individual is responsible for building strategic business relationships and providing a vision for all client engagement strategies and their execution. You support the development of the organization on a casual basis aligned with your availability and interest in the subject matter.

Responsibilities

  • Pitch in with consulting hours to ensure the alignment of our company with the client’s needs
  • A support. Help the company identify and qualify high-quality acquisitions.
  • Staff development: share your experience and insight with junior staff and provide mentorship.

Requirements

  • Technical or engineering background, with experience in renewable power and energy storage.
  • A support. Help the company identify and qualify high-quality acquisitions.
  • Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance.
  • A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including robust negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with key business partners and customers.
