Environmental Oversight for Henvey Inlet Wind Energy Centre
Phoventus is providing on-site environmental management during the construction of this 300 MW wind project. Located on Henvey Inlet First Nation (HIFN) Reserve Lands, this project is subject to the HIFN Land Laws.
An Environmental Stewardship Regime (ESR) has been developed for environmental protection. It includes an environmental assessment process. Phoventus staff has participated in the preparation and implementation of the ESR. The project comprises approximately 99 turbines and includes an 86 km transmission line.
